Version 0.7 · Effective October 26, 2026 · Questions and requests: support@planmirror.com
What we store: your account (sign-in identity), the plans
and conversations you create, and the results and exports generated from
them. If you submit in-product beta feedback, we also store it. It may
include specific figures from your plan if you choose to include them. It
is read only by the operator and is deleted when you delete the plan it was
about. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Who processes it: Plan Mirror uses a cloud hosting
provider for sign-in and storage, an email delivery provider that sends
sign-in links to your email address, and an AI provider whose model reads
your conversation to answer it. These providers process data under their own
terms and may retain some of it (for example, abuse-monitoring records)
beyond our control.
Usage analytics: the app sends an analytics provider
basic usage events, such as pages viewed, features used, how long actions
take, and error codes, along with standard browser details like device type
and approximate location. The analytics provider sets a cookie with a
random identifier so it can tell repeat visits from one browser apart.
These events never include your plan's figures, your conversations, or
your email address.
How we use it: we use your data to provide, secure, and
improve Plan Mirror, in ways that protect your privacy.
What we don't do: we don't sell your data or use it for
advertising. We only use an AI provider whose terms prohibit it from
training on your data.
Who can see your plans: your plans are private to your
account. Access by Plan Mirror is limited to what's needed to provide,
support, secure, and improve the service. Feedback you send is the exception
described above.
Your choices: you can delete any plan in the app. To delete
your whole account, or to get a copy of your data, email support; we'll act
on it within 30 days. Backup copies are deleted automatically within 31
days, so deleted data can remain in a backup until then.
Changes: we'll update this page and its effective date when
practices change.
